Implementation of a mobile application for Android and iOS (cross-platform technologies preferred)

Required functions:

I will commission to write a mobile application Android/iOS - Digital business card - the user registers, enters his data into the business card in the form, imports or takes a picture of himself and then clicks create - he gets his QR code, which he can send, export for printing, etc. The user then chooses a design theme and gets a generated graphic that he sets for himself as a background on his phone, which has the Qr code in the middle and his basic data underneath. At the meeting/conference, the user shows his phone to another person, who scans the Qr code and directly opens his native contact form in Android or iOS in which the data is pasted in, ready to be saved along with the person's photo. The data can either be submitted in the Qr code (in which case we don't create a backend, there is no server and costs are reduced) or standard with the whole backend environment.
