I am looking for a person (can be a beginner) to rebuild a site on Weebly or build from scratch. It is important that there is a function for later editing.
The site is a portfolio + a handful of information for a client who is looking for photography services. I would like there to be a welcome screen, an offer (4 categories), a blog, and a contact form.

It just has to be pleasing to the eye and inviting to contact me :) SEO optimization will also be useful.
