Creation of a simple visualization and 2d design of a single-family house based on a sketch and plan.

I am looking for an architectural firm (architect + structural engineer) to prepare a project for remodeling the exterior wall of a semi-detached house. The project will consist of widening two window openings (as attached). I am looking for a company from Krakow or surrounding areas that can come to the site for a visual inspection. Unfortunately, I do not have the original construction project from the developer, only the following information: - external walls ceramic insulated with 12cm polystyrene foam - reinforced concrete ceilings I am looking for full support throughout the process: - determining the possibility of redevelopment - preparation of the project - submission of the project to the relevant offices

I will commission a 360° visualization (virtual walk) of the interior based on the projections from the construction documentation. The project includes the creation of a full virtual walkthrough with the ability to move around the rooms and view the interior in 360°. In the task to make a 3D model and render to photorealistic quality. Specific requirements: -Compatibility with the construction documentation - visualization should be based on the provided projections, taking into account all dimensions, arrangement in the given style. -Viewpoints - each room should include a minimum of one and preferably two viewpoints so that the user can freely view the interior from different angles. -Visualization of 360° available in web browsers or in a dedicated app. -The furniture does not have to be publicly available for sale -The visualization is to be for a single-family building of 200m2. Including rooms such as kitchen, dining room, bedrooms, living room, laundry room, bathrooms, dressing room.
