I need quick support in preparing a competence matrix for employees.

I already have a template created in Excel, the results of employee surveys, personality tests taken, the range of competencies of the position.

The remaining work consolidating everything in the spreadsheet, entering the data, presenting the report.

Possible further cooperation in creating career paths for employees.

I'm looking for help because I'm running out of time and the queue of outstanding tasks is chasing me :)

Preferably, I would like to outsource it to someone today, after signing the NDA.
