I am looking for a solution that will allow me to extract specific data from a large database of similar pdf files and create an excel of the desired values from this in the form of a structured database. The key is to develop an application/code/solution that will automatically generate this and update as more pdf files are added.
Examples of data to be filtered out: Task name, task size, contract signed, date tender won, etc.
I don't quite know if this is possible in the form of an application, simple code or another solution, e.g. some API plugged into e.g. a GPT chat. I am green in this ...
The issue is probably not complicated, but unfortunately I don't know how to deal with it on my own. I would be happy to provide more guidance. Time does not play a role, but I think that 1-2 months from the binding of the order should be sufficient.
