I need to quickly create an application that will collect data of people who want to sign up for the event. The application will be available via a web browser and installed on the hosting at home.pl.
At the beginning, the candidate provides the code with which the application verifies his permissions and assigns him to a certain group. Then, the candidate provides a number of personal data that are saved to the database. Approximately 10 fields, including first name, last name, address, and valid identification number. So there will be text boxes, a drop-down list, a single-choice field, and there will also be a conditional field.
Due to personal data, the application must guarantee data security. We need to be able to sort, filter and export this data. Events should be logged. The application must have an interface that allows two administrators to view the saved data.
I care about time. The application must be ready within a few days.
