Your responsibilities

1 Acquisition

- Define and develop digital customer acquisition strategies

- Developing traffic to acquire qualified leads.... and then convert them into customers

- Monitor and weigh budget according to various levers of SEA, Social Ads, Retarget, Display and SEO

- Implement and manage acquisition campaigns

- Identify and launch new growth levers

2 Business & Data

- Identify and manage the department's budget. You will be required to manage a budget of several million euros.

- Manage attribution and contribution issues to manage the ROI of each channel and assist in the decision-making process

- Analyze performance metrics (conversion rate, turnover, ROAS...) and be constantly looking for solutions to improve their performance.

- Analyze audience and traffic data to identify areas for improvement and propose appropriate solutions

3. project management

- You will collaborate with Marketing-Communications, Graphics and IT teams with the goal of optimizing traffic qualification through good conversion.

- You will also be responsible for the content production of acquisition campaigns (in collaboration with the Communications and Graphics teams)
