In this way, you will ensure transparency and a good company image.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Incorrect job title<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are cases where the job title does not reflect what a future employee would do. The duties and requirements described in the offer must be consistent with the role that the potential candidate would play.
